Stretching from the east side (called the New Petchburi) onto the west side of the city (just off Ratchachewi), this road happens to be the longest road in Bangkok. It is host to the tallest tower which is the Baiyoke Sky Tower as also the Pantip Plaza which is the largest electronics market. The Petchburi Road has gained prominence due to its close proximity to the prime areas of Bangkok, namely Pratunam, Childlom-Ploenchit and Siam areas. It is one of Bangkok’s most colorful night life areas, especially the New Petchburi Road. You will a find whole host of pubs, bars, massage parlours and discotheques as you venture down this area. It is best to move around here on local taxis as the BTS skyrtrain doesn’t run here. Let us have a run through this area and know a couple of its hotels.

Center Point Petchburi: A home away from home with its excellent service apartments in the heart of the city.

Amari Atrium Bangkok: A nice luxury hotel at a good price.
